Lara is the principal architect at LCA and brings the experience gained from working in large commercial practices in Sydney and Johannesburg.
Lara qualified at The University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg) with a BArch in 1994 and was supported for the duration of her studies by a national architectural practice.
With previous experience in various medical environments, Lara has experience with hospital and healthcare projects as well as community buildings and maintains a strong interest in the interaction between architecture and people.
Residential houses make up the majority of the projects at LCA and this varied and very specific study of architecture has led LCA to develop a keen understanding of housing and the environmental and economic issues of residential development today.
Lara is proud to acknowledge the involvement of all the team members of LCA in each project and of the high standard of service and design ability that the practice can offer to every client and for every site.
